Rite of Election

Rite of Election On Sunday, March 9, at the 9:00 am Mass, we celebrated the O.C.I.A Rite of Election where the catechumens were presented to the Catholic community of St. Joseph. This afternoon at 3:00 pm they will also be presented to Bishop Tyson in Yakima. We extend a special thank you to Deacon Gene Ockinga and Roberto Torres and all the OCIA team members who have worked diligently to prepare the catechumens on their journey to becoming Catholics and the candidates looking forward to receiving the sacraments of Holy Communion and Confirmation.
